Etoolbox Layer Management Tools

LayIso - Turns all Layers off except those from the selected entities.
PutOnCurLay - Sets the Layer of the selected entities to the current Layer.
LayOff  - Turns the Layers of the selected entities off.
LayOn - Turns all the Layers on.
LayFrz - Freezes the Layers of selected entities.
CopyToLay - Copies the selected entities and puts them into the specified Layer.
MoveToLay - Moves the selected entities to the specified Layer. If the specified Layer doesn't exist, asks for create it.
